    Subject :- Terms and condition .

    Hello,
    As per our telephonic conversation, I am sending you the below terms and
    condition for the HR recruitment service. Please approve the same and revert us
    with the date and time for the drive so we can send the candidates for the
    interview.

    The terms are as follows.


    1) We will provide candidate replacement within 60 days if he/she leaves the
    said job in the tenure.
    2) We would want our fees to be credited in our account on 45 days.
    3) We would like to get the updates on mail of the candidates selected.
    4) Our professional fees will be 6 % of the annual salary per candidate, taxes
    extra.
    5) The final agreement with be done once we meet your expectations and close
    the deal.

    office.
