Registration Policy

1. Registration fees amount is Rs 500. which is non refundable in any case whatever.
2. Registration fee for job application is to be paid only if you have attended screening
interview and have been selected for next round of recruitment process or interview.
3. Submission of registration fee does not guarantee job, the decision on job is to be decided
by employer on its own terms and conditions.
4. Aeika Career Solutions is only a job and staffing solutions provider it is not offering jobs, it
is only carrying out initial screening interview, short listing and helping in recruitment
process of the associated clients.
5. On confirming of joining on the job by the candidate, it is also the responsibility of the
candidate to pay in the placement charges subject to terms and condition policy.
Placement Process Term and conditions:

REGISTRATION T&C
Registration fee is non-refundable. Registration is valid for 4 agreed upon interviews and for two months
only from date of registration. It will not be refunded in any case whatsoever.
MODE OF PAYMENT
1- Charges can be paid by cash, UPI or bank transfer.
PLACEMENT Process T&C
1- If candidate successfully clears two successive interviews and does not join on one pretext or other, no
further interviews will be provided.
2- It is responsibility of candidate to provide feedback of each and every interview attended through us.
3- In case placement charges are to be paid by candidate, placement Charges may be deducted from candidate
salary and collected from company by Aeika Biz Services Solutions Pvt ltd. or it can be collected from
candidate if company has not agreed to deduct. In any case it is responsibility of the candidate to complete
the payment of placement charges as per agreed upon at meeting with detail in the candidate detail form.
4- On completion of trial period or joining if candidate leaves the company before completion of one month ,
he / she is responsible to pay the placement charges and no new job placement will be provided.
5- In case the placement charges have been paid and but if company removes from job without any valid
reason for no mistake of candidate , then in that case interview will be provided for same job profile. In
case of increase in salary in such case the difference is payable by the candidate.
6- In event any feedback information about attended job interview is found to be wrong and then the candidate
will not have any claim with placement process from Aeika Biz Services Solutions Pvt Ltd.
