Terms and Conditions

1. Our professional fee is One month’s gross salary (i.e. 8.33 % on annual gross salary) of the
candidate recruited by us in your organisation.

2. In case of requirements that cannot be serviced through our Database, we will resort to other
modes of recruitment such as advertisement etc. In such cases, we would proceed with the
process after submitting a proposal and getting approval from the client. This however will be
over and above our professional fee as mentioned in Para 1 supra.

3. In case you opt for our conducting interview and selection, either within the city or outside
Chennai, the actual out of pocket expenses such as cost of advertisement, if any, travel/
Communication /courier etc will be to your account.

4. Our professional fee is applicable and payable if you offer any job to a candidate, referred by us,
within a period of 12 months from the date of referral to you.

5. If a candidate referred by us has already been referred to you by any other source, then the fact
should be immediately informed and in such a case the candidate would not be considered as
our candidate.

6. A copy of the appointment letter, when issued to the selected candidate, would be provided to
us for the purpose of billing.

7. Our professional fee is payable within 30 days of joining of the candidate and on submission of
our bill.

8. Wherever resumes are submitted to you for consideration, those resumes and other connected
papers in respect of candidates not considered have to be returned to us.

9. In case a candidate referred by us, appointed and service charge paid by you as per above
clause no;7, leaves your organization within a period of three months of joining, we would find a
replacement without any charges.

10. In case the candidate is asked to go by the organization, then the professional fee is applicable
for replacement.

11. All papers and matters relating to personnel selection will be kept confidential by both the
parties.

12. In case of any dispute in business dealing, the same would be sorted by mutual discussion.
