Bhramhasmi Private Limited, are pleased to offer you the position of Customer Care
Executive and invite you to join the Aham Bhramhasmi family.

You will be paid a remuneration of CTC per annum 1,92,000(One Lakh Nintytwo
Thousand per annum) as total cost to the company.
We welcome you on aboard and request you to report to duty on or before 06th
September 2021.

The company looks for a long-term association with all its employees. You may please
note that in case, you do not report for duty on the date as indicated above, the offer
being made to you will stand withdrawn or cancelled.

Terms And Conditions

• Terms and Conditions agreements are also known as Terms of Service or Terms of Use agreements.
These terms are interchangeable, practically speaking. More rarely, it may be called something like
an End User Services Agreement (EUSA).
• An Intellectual Property clause will inform users that the contents, logo and other visual media you
created is your property and is protected by copyright laws.
• A Termination clause will inform users that any accounts on your website and mobile app, or users'
access to your website and app, can be terminated in case of abuses or at your sole discretion.
• ZERO Tolerance Policy (ZTP) In order to maintain stricter discipline & ensure compliances, a zero-
tolerance policy has been formulated. It takes care of crucial situations which can impact the
Company’s policies or the Brand image. It will form the basis of appropriate action against elements
who tend to spoil the discipline, disrupt work or spoil the work atmosphere as follows:
• Providing false information at the time of joining by giving fake or fabricated documents
• Rude, unethical, harsh, angry tone behavior while on a call
• Sexual abuse – be it by gestures or verbal
• Harassing or inciting the team members
• Found drunk in office or spotted with items prohibited for consumption
• Breaching Information Security. Modification and / or destruction of information
• Causing damage to Company assets
• Stealing of assets or data
Handling procedure:

1. A committee of the senior management team to investigate & examine the case
2. The employee in question will not be allowed to work till a decision either way is taken
3. The employee found guilty will be immediately asked to leave
• Such employees will be black-listed & barred from future employment
• They will not provide with any experience certificate
• The actual feedback will be given for verification calls from prospective employers
• The incident & it’s outcome must be publicized & communicated to the employees as a
deterrent
4. All Company’s assets must be taken back on the spot
5. All data access, rights & permissions, e-mail id, access card should be taken back/deactivated on the
spot
6. The security & housekeeping staff will be appraised of prohibiting entry to such members

Leave Policy – Advisors

The Leave Policy explained below will be applicable to all Employees who are on the regular Payroll of “Aham
Bhramhasmi Pvt.Ltd.”
Eligibility: All Non-support staff who have completed two month’s continuous service in the Organisation.
No. of Leaves: Paid leaves 1 every month 1 emergency leave
Procedure:
1. An Agent / staff member will raise a leave request by filling up the “Leave Application Form” at least
Fifteen days in advance, otherwise, the decision will be the discretion of the Team Leader depending
upon the situation at that point of time.
2. The Team Leader will approve or reject the leave request based on the situation & circumstances.
The process Manager is also required to countersign a confirmation on the Leave application form.
3. The approved leave application is to be deposited with the H R team.
4. The Payroll executive & the Process Manager will keep a track of the leaves availed & the balance due
for employee in their process.
Features:
1. Half day’s Leave will get credited to the staff member every month starting every 1 st January of the
year.
2. Only accumulated leaves can be availed. Leaves which will become due in the subsequent months
cannot be taken in advance
3. A maximum of three Leaves can be clubbed together.
4. Leaves will be counted according to the leave request days. Intervening, prefixed or suffixed Sundays
or Holidays will be counted while computing the total leaves if the employee fails to report on the
scheduled day.
5. The leaves cannot be encashed.
6. Leave not availed due to any reason, cannot be carried forward & will automatically lapse on 31st
December of the year.
