Terms & Condition:

1. Registration with TALENT FINDER is necessary for all the candidates before any consideration.
2. Registration charge for the services is 500/-.
3.TALENT FINDER do not guarantee of arranging interview / providing a job within specified period,
short-listing and calling a candidate for interview is solely the discretion of TALENT FINDER.
4. The receipt of registration charge cannot be claimed as guarantee of the service/ job offer.
5. On registration the candidates agree to share the contact details and resume-CV with
prospective employers / Company, The candidates further agree to receive phone call Emails, SMS
etc. related to the services of TALENT FINDER.
6. If any candidate is selected by our reference and recommendation, He /She has to inform and he
endorse a copy of appointment letter immediately to us for our records.
7. In case of selection of the candidates, our requirement service charge shall be ONE month salary
as our service charges.
8. The candidates will be liable to release our service charge at the time of joining either in
cash/cheque/online mode.
9. In case the candidates after joining discontinues or leaves the job for whatsoever reason Within 7 day
form joining he/she shall not claim refund of the requirement service charge paid to TALENT.
10. In case the candidates do not comply or deposit the said One month gross salary to TALENT FINDER at
the time of joining. TALENT FINDER is free to pursued legal court proceeding against the candidates for
breach of contract. TALENT FINDER will take action in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.
11. Candidates will not be considered for any vacancy in future.
A) If the candidate does not attend the interview ,arrange by TALENT FINDER twice
B) If the candidates discloses the name of the vacancy / company name to anybody else for
which He/she has been sent through TALENT FINDER.
12. If TALENT FINDER arranges any interview, then selected candidate will be liable to pay the
said Service charges if he/she joins the same job within 3 month.
13. If a candidates for a job through TALENT FINDER he/she will be solely the employee of the
concerning organization and TALENT FINDER will not be not responsible for any legal /dispute or
any

terminate the service without any prior intimation.
15. TALENT FINDER reserve the rights to add, edit or remove the Terms and condition and

Agreement Between
TALENT FINDER (Agency) provides a work –finding services, that pre-screens and refers

Candidates (“candidates”) to potential Agency Clients (“Clients”). (Hereinafter) referred to as the

“CONSULTANT” of the first part

And

_______________residing at _______________ (Hereinafter referred to as the

“CANDIDATES” of the other part

WHEREAS

A. the Consultant by the CANDIDATE for his expertise and consultancy services in the field of job
placement/ work finding services.

B. the CANDIDATE, after a thought consideration of the profile and expertise of the consultant
And
taking into consideration its requirement of expertise, is desirous of engaging Consultant
in seeking assistance n job placement a Candidates with an Employing Client

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FALLOWS

1. RESPOSIBILITIES:

A) Agency: The agency will review candidate’s application. If approved, Agency will schedule a personal
interview. If requested by the employing client the Agency will then perform work Eligibility verification,
past employment, education verification, reference check, before the day of Work. The Agency will decide
in its sole discretion whether a candidate I s suitable for placement with potential clients based on a
combination of all provided information.
B) Candidates: Candidates shall provide accurate and necessary information for agency to conduct
background screening. Candidate acknowledge that all references submitted by candidates may be
contacted. Candidates shall schedule and appear to all confirmed interview with potential. All of this
information and any additional information as sought by the prospective employer, shall we provided by the
candidate and the same will be made available to prospective employee.

2) No Guarantee Policy: Candidates acknowledge and agrees that despite agency best efforts to place
candidates with a client, there is no guarantee that employment is solely based on the client Decision. On
registration and payment of the registration fees, the agency undertakes to make best efforts to place the
candidates with a client. The obligation on the part of the agency to search and find appropriate job
opportunity for the candidates of candidates shall be for one year from the date of registration.

3) RELATIONSHIP: candidates understand and agrees that the agency is not the candidate’s employer.
Candidates and/ clients shall defile the manner, terms and condition of candidates Services .The agency
merely provides a service whereby.
4)Candidate shall not give their personal information, including but not limited to phone number, Emails
address or mailing address any at any time,without return permission for the agency. Candidates shall have
no further contact with clients, if they were declined for a position after Interview. Candidates agree they
will not call, text or email client without return consent from the Agency.

5) Once a candidate a placed with client, the responsibility of the agency shall no longer survive. If You any
circumstances, after the placement of the candidates, is no longer in service of the clients due to any reason
attributable to the client and anywhere there is no fault of reason attributable to the candidates, then the
agency shall again make effort to find a job placement for the candidate Subject to the registration period
for job placement n which is for a period of one year form the
Date registration.

6)Non-disclosure: Neither party may disclose the same terms of this disagreement to any Third party
without the others prior written consent unless compelled to do so in any action or other Legal proceeding
or unless otherwise required by law.

7)SEVERNING : If any of these terms is held to be invalid in any way, or unenforceable it will be severed and
the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired ; but will be constructed so as to most nearly give
effect to the intent of the parties of the parties at the time it was originally executed.

8)GOVERNING: This Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with Indian law and the courts At
Nagpur, Maharashtra city shall not be exclusive and sole jurisdiction over any disputes, differences or
question arising out of or in connection with or in relation to the agreement. IT WITNESS WHEREOF, the
Parties hereto have signed this Agreement on the day, month
