This Agreement entered into at Delhi Between M/s Meri Need Manpower, Address;

Shop No. 38, Dharamveer Market, Badarpur-110044 (herein referred to as the First
party).
AND
M/s My Bar Headquarters Noida hereinafter referred to as the AGENCY/SECOND
PARTY.

WHEREAS the company/first party M/s Meri Need Manpower intends to appoint
Manpower to the Agency/Second Party M/s My Bar Headquarters Noida on the
following terms and conditions.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

1. The appointment of the manpower will be on monthly basis.

2. The salary/wage will be decided on the basis of experience of the candidate
and food trial.
3. The hiring charges of the manpower will be Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
Thousand only) per month in advance.
4. The rate of hiring manpower can be revised at any time if the agency feels
so.
5. The contract will be terminated without any refund if there will be any
misbehave, harassment and delayed employee salary.
6. If our candidate is working in your property any type of accident across
toward the candidate than the client needs to pay the medical expenses of
the candidate.
7. If the candidate doesn’t take any holiday, then the client needs to pay the
salary of the given holiday.
8. We request all clients to do a POLICE VERIFICATION of the candidate. This
ensures that the candidate is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any
given point of time is any crime done by the candidate (CIVIL OR CRIMINAL),
Meri Need Manpower would not be responsible for the same.
9. In case the client didn’t like the candidate, then they need to give notice of 15
days before the client release the candidate so that we can find a
replacement for the client.
10.All disputes (if arises) are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction to Delhi only.
