Calling up the clients for the reminder of premiums, arranging the pick up of cheques from the clients. Confirming the leads, forwarding the data to renewal executives all over India, following up with AM renewal or renewal managers of the concerned zone. Renewal Services Management of all grievances / complaint escalations related to renewals. Sending runner for collection of premium as per customer request. Provide best service from our side to the customer through resolving his queries.

Operations Related (Service Part): Handling the operations related process which includes the following, Policy servicing: Processing the entire requests related to address change, nomination change, frequency change, name corrections, fund switch, fund apportionment change, change in SA, policy term. Grievance: Handling the complaints related to wrong issuance, delay in issuance, misselling, delay in payouts etc.

Renewal Operation: Validation on issuance of new policy if previous policy is lapsed or unpaid. Calling up the client for issuance of new policy, if customer previous policy is lapsed or unpaid we will try to convert the NB into renewal. Issue or reject the policy with in 24 hours (TAT). We will convince the customer regarding renewal premium so he will get the benefit from his old policy. According to the customer confirmation we will reject or issue the new proposal, if customer said he want to continue the old policy then we will take the confirmation and transfer the NB amount in Lapsed or unpaid policy.
