Client Relation -

Employee Relation -
• Ensuring payments are processed for current staff using payroll processors.
• Explaining policies and procedures of the company, providing training about work and career development.
• Responsible for regular employee connects to know the pulse of the floor.
• Activities will include one-one meetings, Skip Level meetings, Open House, Fun activities, and other employee
engagement activities.
• Assisting in Developmental Programs designed for employee welfare.

Performance Management -
• Track probation/ confirmation of employees, and inform upcoming appraisals or promotions. • Ensure that contract
renewals are done promptly.

Employee Separation -
• Ensure Resignation Letters & Warning Letters are received for employees who intend to leave / Termination with
their consent.
• Conduct exit interviews in specified formats and share them with the management.
• Ensure the Full & Final settlement is done within the standard agreed timeline along with the Experience Letters and
LWD updates in their EPF accounts.

Employee Grievances -
• Handle employee grievances formally (ESIC, EPF, Medical Insurance & others), forward them to the concerned
departments, and follow up for quick resolution.

Vendor Management -
