hospitality industry. The Group made their presence pan India with 23 Hotels & Resorts.
Spanning the length & breadth of the country, gracing important towns & cities, wildlife
destination and beaches, each Chocolate hotel is trademark of luxury and trust.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for handle total 23 Hotels and Resorts successfully from Corporate Office where
1600 employees are working in the country. Additionally Communicating & implementing the
vision, mission & the core values at all levels. Creating an open and employee friendly
atmosphere. Undertaking various initiatives for the employee engagement and employee
wellness. Manages HR Department, ensuring compliance with all Corporate area and hotel
policies and procedures; and current local govt. regulations pertaining to employment
practices.
. STRATEGIC HRM
Talent Acquisition (including Campus Recruitment conducted in various Hotel Management
Colleges) Recruited Candidates for Hotel Operations up to Managerial Cadre, Employee
Retention Program, maintain & updates files on employee records, legal documents and other
personnel matters efficiently and confidentiality etc.
.PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL
• Formulating and implementing increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.
• Aligning KRA's of Employees in line with Balanced Scorecard initiatives & reviewing the
same with Functional Heads.
• Managing Appraisal process across the level on the basis of 180 degree & 360 degree
appraisal.
• Handling the grievances of employees & help them to develop esprit de corps and reach out to
achieve and sustain progressively higher levels of performance.
HR POLICY
• Make and maintain the HR policy for the organization is a part of my responsibility. Through
this policy all employees are maintaining their discipline and day to day work culture inside the
organization.
STATUTORY COMPLIENCES
• Adhering to compliance under various enactments like P.F., E.S.I., Bonus, Gratuity etc.
• Preparing and settling of employees payroll, pay slips and salary bank transfer statements,
annual leave payments, allowances, overtime payment etc.
• Maintains control of pension plans and safeguards both company and staff interests.
INDUSTRIAL RELATION
• Directly handle labour problems, strategies and negotiations with unions and contractors, and
ensure a peaceful industrial relations climate.
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in a cost effective manner despite constraints of laws
and other statutory regulations.
• Maintain contacts and deal effectively with Govt. authorities/ local dignities as required.
• Deal directly with contractors ensuring implementation of the settlement and resolve problems
arising out of it and avoid any disruption of work.
• Handle disciplinary matters and the course of action to be taken and frame memos, warning
letters, Show cause letter, charge sheets , domestic enquiry, court cases etc. Beside of it, also
organize and implementing disciplinary action from the company end.

The HHI Group of Hotels are 5 Star category property which started its business from Kolkata
but spread the wings throughout all over India. Now it has total 5 properties in the country.
With a high recall of its brand “THE HHI” among discerning clientele and industry fraternity, the
group has over the years built its reputation as a high end niche player. THE HHI properties are
the best in each of the locations in proximity to the prime business and institutional areas.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Manpower planning of recruitment & selection for the entire group.
• Ensuring the statutory compliances under Factories act, Contract labor act,
Workmen Compensation act etc.
Thriven mkt. (I) Ltd is one of the reputed financial product broking org in India. It has total 30
branches all over India. Here total 800 employees are working successfully. Now this companies
present yearly turnover is above Rs.100-200crores.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verifying all new joining candidates document and issue all official letter for them.
• Making the schedule of Induction and Training program for new and existing
employees.
• Ensuring the fundamentals of retention are correct e.g. terms & conditions, rewards,
remuneration and recognition.
Country club (I) Ltd. Is one of the multimillion dollar hospitality business group. In India &
worlds it has total 58 hotels, resorts & clubs where 1500 employees are working successfully.
Outside of India it has the presence in UAE, Singapore, Oman, Srilanka, & Thailand etc.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Devising compensation structure & grades for unit employees based on industry
com region practice.
• Employees record keeping of attendance, leave, medical leave, family insurance etc.
• Ensuring the statutory compliances under Factories act, Contract labor act, PF, ESI,
Workmen, Compensation act, Maintain Industrial relations etc.
PREVIOUS EMPLOYER : NITIN COMMERCIALS PVT. LTD. (2004-2007)
Nitin Commercials Pvt. Ltd. Is one of the reputed BPO Company. It has total 4 branches all over
India. This is inbound and outbound process BPO where 400 employees are working
successfully. It has total yearly turnover Rs. 70-80crores.
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
