Emilina Pulido Talaue is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Praise Realty
Marketing Corporation, a real estate corporation.

Emi is one of those successful Filipino women who started at the bottom and reached her
goal by taking real steps to achieve it.

A mother of four, she is a Master's degree in Business Administration and Ph. D. holder.
She technically started her career by serving as the Head of Operations in a multi-national
company producing semi-conductors. She stopped after the birth of her 1st child.
Afterwards, she joined a real estate company as a sales agent, wherein she thought she
had a real future. She took a crash course in real estate operation and management. From
being a sales agent she was promoted as the company's vice president. However, she
decided to put up her own business. With her determination and discipline, she is now
one of the successfull real estate marketing corporation chief executive officers of the
Philippines. Evidence is her 14-year old Praise Realty Corporation, which serves as a
marketing agency to land developers. Her business has earned the trust of real big estate
developers, and even forged partnership with them as an exclusive broker.

Qualities of Emi Pulido that made her successful.

Emi is very hardworking and for every hard work, this top woman of Praise Realty
exactly knows how to add a dollop of humility, ounces of good example, and a whip of
faith perfectly top of service she extends her clients. That’s why many clients are coming
to her and appreciate her because of her qualities and abilities. And those qualities that se
shows to other people specially to her clients made her as the president of CEO and as
one of the most successful Filipino women.

Are you inspired by her story?

As a student I’m really inspired in her story specially when im reading her story there
were lot of things that I learned from her like being a hardworking person. We should
always know how to be a hardworking and patient because this things will always lead us
to be a successful person. And being a successful person in the future is one of my
greatest dreams and I want to achieve. Like Emi Pulido because of her hardworks she
achieve all her dreams as a Filipino.
