As part of the NTM team, Neil and Becky support the work of tribal church planting by providing an educational option for the front lines missionaries, who do the work of evangelism, discipleship, and Bible translation. Neil and his wife have 5 children: Ben (19), Andrew (18), Michael (15), Katie (13) and Cara (11). All of his kids have grown up in a foreign country, which has made the USA more foreign to them than PNG. The issue of finding identity in Christ rather than ones country of origin is a major theme in their work with missionaries children.
