    Sustainability means that water supply, improved sanitation, and good hygiene practices continue and deliver benefits indefinitely. Brad has been with Living Water close to 10 years, having come on board full time in January of 2004. His responsibilities within the organization have always been technical in nature. On his first mission trip to visit a Sudanese refugee camp in Northern Kenya in 2003 he first heard the stories of thousands of broken hand pumps across Sub-Saharan Africa. This compelled him to join Living Water to head up their Pump Repair Program. He has led many repair teams in multiple countries throughout Africa, Central America and Haiti. Brad is now responsible for Community Engagement for Sustainability and works together with a team to build programs for water, hygiene and sanitation (WASH) in the 23 countries Living Water operates in.
