A Performance Analysis is usually conducted as a preliminary study (up front and fast) of the situation to identify possible solutions to a performance problem. Steps involved in analysing performance problem; 1. Investigating performance problems o Finding and disseminating information about: a. optimal performance, b. actual performance and c. the feelings of key sources. o Tools for analysis: a. interview, b. observation, c. survey, and d. focus group. 2.
