The Recruit Tag line: Trust. Betrayal. Deception. In the C.I.A. nothing is what it seems.

Movie is about hiring in Central Intelligence Agency C.I.A. Walter Burke ( Al Pa cino ) was a recruiter and trainer. James Clayton ( Colin Farrell ) was a MIT graduate. A student with good grades a nd was athelatic as well. Burke claims himeslf to be a "scary judge of talent". He was motivated to join C .I.A only because he wants to find out about his father who went missing when he was quite young. Clayton has developed an amazing software that can turn connec ted network its slave. His skills are the one required by Burke to carry on his nasty business. The candidates have to go through a written test and selected on e are sent to a training faciltiy where they have to complete different tasks in order to get selected as a C.I.A agent. Completion of course is compulsary. Tas k they go through during the course are like numerical reasoning, psychological, psychoanalytical, aptitude test etc. These all test are relavent to modren day hiring techniques. Every organization hire candidates after testing the skills and abilities of the candidates. Cause every organization require different skill sets depending on their mission and o rganizational structure. So its good to know the person before hiring in order n ot to disturb the organization settings. As the tag line says "Trust. Betrayal. Deception. In the C.I.A. nothing is what it seems" It can be said that in real business world this line stand correct. Be cause in real life hiring and organizations nothing is what it seems. One is nev er sure about anything. Whether you get selected or not no one's sure about it.
