Three productions show an increase over these years. Pork, with the highest quantity of meat production, begin (2) at about 20, and increase to about 65. Beef/Buffalo begin in second place at under 20 and increases at (3) over 50. Poultry is at about 5 and steadily increases to about 25. The last production begins at about 5 and though fluctuates down, under 10 at the end of this time. (4) The 4 production (5) show different rates of increase during this time. As already mentioned, poultry increases quickly by about 7 times, but sheep/goats increases a little. The two other productions, pork and beef/buffalo increase by about a half. slight rise to 21 million tons in 1960, the amount of pork experienced a dramatic climb by over 3 times to 70 million tons in 1990. The production Beef/Buffalo, on the other hand, witnessed a 2time increase to 40 in 1970 and then slowed down, reaching 50 million tons at the end of the period. As for poultry, its production steadily went up by 8 times to 40 million tons in 1990. Interestingly, there was a levelling out in the amount of sheep/goats meat produced during the whole period at about 5 million tons.
