    Grant of ATKT to failure candidates of MASLP Course. 1. Board of Studies Resolution item No. 03(iii) Dtd. 23/09/2009. 2. Allied Health Sciences Faculty Resolution item No. 05(iii) Dtd. 23/09/2009. 3. Academic Council Resolution No. 246/2009 Dtd. 19/12/2009.

    It is hereby notified for the information of all the Deans/Directors/Principals of all the affiliated Colleges & Institutions and students of MASLP course that, the Academic Council in its meeting held on 19/12/2009 has resolved to grant ATKT (Allowed To Keep Term) to the failure candidates of Ist year MASLP course based on the laid down norms/circulars/gazettes notification of Rehabilitation Council. Accordingly the existing clause No. 58 of Ordinance No. 1/2002 (Amended) is repealed & replaced with the substitute as under. 58. ATKT & Carry on facilities : Based on the norms/circulars/gazettes of the respective Central Council the ATKT & Carry on facilities to the UG & PG courses shall be approved by the Academic Council as per the faculty wise criteria conditions given below. Candidate who fails in any subject (i.e. maximum two) shall be permitted to continue the studies into the second year. However, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear for the second year examination till such time that he/she passes all subjects of the First year MASLP examination. The above ATKT/ Carry on facility is applicable w.e.f. June 2009 examinations onwards. The clause No. 58 of Ordinance 1/2002 (Amended) will be amended in due course. The contents of this notification shall be brought to the knowledge of teachers, students & concerned staff with wide publicity.
