Subject: To publish the list of Eligible / Not Eligible candidates and General Merit list
for admission to Ph.D. course conducted by the University for A.Y. 2019-20.

With reference to the above mentioned subject and references, this is to inform to all the
concerned applicants that, the University has published provisional list of eligible candidates, list
of disqualified candidates and list of candidates with discrepancies in application (Deficit
Documents) through above referred University Circular dated 22/12/2020 and informed to all the
applicants that the published list is provisional list and likely to change as per clarification/queries
/fulfilment of deficiencies etc. received by the University from the applicants. Under the said list,
those applicants whose names have been considered as conditionally eligible, or those applicants
who have not submitted hard copies of documents required to decide the merit criteria had given
permission to submit the scan copies of the documents as mentioned against their name(s)
through email on email id udc@muhs.ac.in up to 28/12/2020.
The University has also informed to the reserved category candidates that, if reserved
category candidates fails to submit documents required to claim benefits of reservation within
given time (i.e. up to 28/12/2020), then his /her application will be considered in open category
and he/she has to pay fees as per open category candidate.
As per the directives of Govt. of Maharashtra, the University has also given chance to the
applicants, who have applied though SEBC category and now desirous to avail the facility of
EWS category to submit their willingness in writing and the EWS certificate issued by the
competent authority through e-mail on udc@muhs.ac.in up to 15/01/2021 vide above referred
circular dated 30/12/2020.
Considering the marks obtained in PET exam and the response received from the
applicants through email within due date, the list of Eligible / Not Eligible candidates and General
Merit list is being published herewith for admission to Ph.D. course for A.Y. 2019-20.
 Any grievance(s) / Objection(s) regarding the list of Eligible / Not Eligible candidates and
General Merit list, should be submitted by the candidate through email on udc@muhs.ac.in up to
01/03/2021, which will be resolved as per rules and final merit list will be prepared.
The final merit list and allotment of provisional admission letter for admission to Ph.D.
course for academic year A.Y. 2019-20 will be published on University website shortly.
All the concerned applicants should take note of it and do the needful.
