Modalities :
1. The students will have to submit their answers in hand written form on A4 or equivalent size
(ruled/unruled) paper. No other format is allowed.
2. According to the directions of the BCI/UGC, End Term Examination December-2021 for I, & III
semester would be held online.
3. The format of the upcoming End Term Examination December, 2021 as approved by the
competent authority, shall be as under:
For B.A.LL.B. (Hons.)
(a) The question paper in regular subjects would have 06 long questions under Section-A out
of which 03 have to be attempted.
(b) The question paper in regular subjects would have 04 short questions under Section-B out
of which 02 have to be attempted.
(c) Allocation of End Term marks for every paper in all the semesters of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)
shall be 70 & for LL.M I Sem. out of 80.
For LL.M (One Year) Batch-2021-2022
(d) The question paper would have 05 long questions under Section-A out of which 03 have to
be attempted.
(e) The question paper would have 04 short questions under Section-B out of which 02 have to
be attempted.

(f) The total time shall be 05 Hours for downloading the question papers, writing answers &
uploading the answer sheets for the B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M (One Year) Programme
End Term Exam December 2021. No answers would be accepted after the said time period.
(The students must note that they are required to finish the writing of answers in three hours while
they have to answer one long question less. The time of two hours is more than sufficient for
downloading paper and uploading the answer-sheets. They must submit their answer sheets within 5
hours. If they fail to do so they would be afforded another opportunity to appear in the physical
examination in such papers after the reopening of the University but, in the interests of the students,
the chance will not be counted as a repeat paper. The University would ensure justice to all the
students.)
4. All the students are directed to take note that the name of he PDF file of the answer script must
be (enrollment No.) (Underscore) (Paper Name) while uploading the scanned copy of their hand
written answer on the Ms Office Form link(s). For Example (140101155_Legislative Drafting)
5. The Ms Office Form link(s) on which the scanned copy of hand written answers have to be
uploaded will be provided in the question paper.
6. The question paper will be downloaded from the University Website i.e http://rmlnlu.ac.in at
11:00 AM on the respective exam dates. The link for downloading the question paper(s) is:-

7. The examinees will have to submit their hand written answers on the Ms Office Form link
provided on the question paper latest by 04:00 PM on every respective exam date. (Note-
Scanned copies of answer sheets shall not be accepted after 04:00 PM)
8. As per the guidelines issued by the BCI/UGC, any student who is unable to take this online
exam or having appeared therein, is unable to pass such exam/subjects paper, such student shall
be entitled to take the re-appear exam/paper, whenever it is held preferably within one month of
physical re-opening of the University after the pandemic is averted, without being penalized or
prejudiced.
9. Further modalities, if any, shall be infomed alongwith the question paper.
