When you sta%t d%a/ing /ith Auto!A+ you do not ha3e to decide u&on a d%a/ing scale as you do /hen using a d%a/ing boa%d. When d%a/ing on &a&e% you )ust decide do d%a/ at say# 1J*0 o% 1J*00 de&ending u&on the siDe of the object that you a%e d%a/ing so that you% scaled d%a/ing /ill fit on the d%a/ing sheet# be that A4 o% A1. ,n Auto!A+ you do not need to decide u&on a d%a/ing scale until you co)e to &%int the d%a/ing and because the scaling of you% d%a/ing ta'es &lace at the &%inting stage# you can c%eate d%a/ings at a scale of 1J1. This has &a%ticula% ad3antages because you can# fo% e5a)&le# )easu%e lengths# a%eas and 3olu)es /ithin an Auto!A+ d%a/ing and not need to co)&ensate fo% any scale facto%.
