Paper Template: 15 inch X 15 inch (FRONT) 15 inch X 22 inch (BACK) Fabric of your choice- can be two different patterns- for cover Muslin- for casing of fiberfill Fiberfill-stuffing for the pillow Scissors Straight pins Sewing Machine Thread Iron & Ironing Board

1. Using an iron and ironing board, iron the wrinkles out of your fabric for a smooth finish.

2. Using the paper templates, pin the template to the WRONG side of the fabric.

3. Cut out one (1) 15 X 15 and one (1) 15 X 22 from your fabric for your pillow cover

4. Cut out two (2) 15 X 15 out of muslin for the Casing cover for the fiberfill to stuff your pillow.

5. Laying your fabric RIGHT side down on the ironing board, fold the fabric in and iron a crease. Do this For ALL four sides of the smaller square.

6. On the longer piece of fabric, iron the two (2) LONG Sides and one (1) short side in.

7. On the other short side, fold the fabric 1 inch in and iron the seam.

8. Placing right sides together, pin your pillow cover together making sure the 1 seam is NOT pinned and is at the top .

9. Using your sewing machine, start at the bottom of your pillow cover and sew the two pieces of fabric together using a straight stitch.

10.At the corners, make sure your needle is DOWN in the fabric before you turn the fabric to make the next seam.

11.Turn the pillow cover so that the RIGHT side of the fabric is showing out.

12. Press with an iron and ironing board.

13.Using the two (2) 15 X 15 pieces of muslin, match the sides together and sew three (3) sides together. Trim the extra fabric from the seam.

14.Turn the cover and stuff with fiberfill through the opening on the fourth side.

15.Using your sewing machine, run a seam on the fourth side of the casing to close.

16.And trim the excess fabric, being careful not to cut the seam thread.

17. Place the fiberfill pillow inside your envelope cover, making sure the corners match.

18.Fold the flap to the inside of the cover, tucking to cover the pillow inside the cover.
