To Whom It May Concern, RE: Reference for Ashley Walsh During his time at Knox Leisureworks, Ashley has shown enthusiasm and pride in his swimming classes. He has demonstrated his knowledge of different teaching techniques and the ability to work with a range of different students. Ashley understands that children in his classes have different needs and leaning abilities and is able to adapt his classes to suit those needs. Ashley has worked with many different levels within out program including infant and preschoolers, school aged students and teenagers as well as private access classes for people with special needs or disabilities. He is capable of working with students with specific leaning needs and has been able to create lesson plans that are fun and engaging for all abilities. The feedback I have received from parents and students in regards to Ashleys lessons is always positive and his students are always excited to attend his classes. Ashley is able to effectively communicate with other staff and patrons and displays a confident and positive attitude. Ashley actively participates in staff meetings and workshops and shows his leadership skills by offering feedback and advice to trainee teachers. Ashley will be a sorely missed part of the Aquatic Education team and I wish him the best of luck with his future career aspirations.
