Reflection:
My progress during this semester is: I know the rules from flag football. I know that when Im in the defense are that I just must take the flag. I know where quarterbacks and centers are. I also know the three dynamic stretches. I know some strategies in flag football. It was sometimes not so good because the most people cant throw the ball right. I liked this unit because I liked in general this. On the next time I would effort more.

My target (s) for the next semester are/is: To be really consentrate every lesson. To make all things right. Dont forget my homework.
