new experiment. Injected with a liquid that contains fish DNA and fish oils, in
hope to create a breed of super soldiers (with super strength) to defeat the
American army.

Something somewhere goes wrong alongside the strength there were
several side effects fish like skin, element power to control water and has
the ability to jump from one place to another. Taking matters into his own
hands and put an end to this war by taking revenge on the government.

getting feedback I felt I could take it back more so
its not so zoomed in.

As my hero has been transformed in to the fish like
character with fish features he is unable to survive
long hours outside the water; also finds it difficult to
breath at times and therefore the hero prop is a
mask; one which helps him breath when not
underwater
