- BE FOUND THROUGHOUT THE ARCTIC REGION
- THE LARGEST AND THE MOST POWERFUL CARNIVORE ON LAND
- HAVE NO NATURAL PREDATORS AND ITS PRIMARY PREY IS SEALS
- A STOCKY ANIMAL WITH LONG NECK, SMALL HEAD, ROUNDED EARS
- A SOLITARY ANIMAL WITH HIBERNATING BEHAVIOR
- AN EXCELLENT SWIMMER

I always keep a neutral idea when it comes to
topics in relation to wild animals in that I am not
knowledgeable about the animal kingdom.
Nonetheless, the alarming death rate of the

The polar bear is classi ed as the biggest and the to uncover new areas. Sadly, this magni cent

LONG HEAD AND PROJECT SLIGHTLY ABOVE THE WATER
- ALLIGATORS ARE CARNIVOROUS AND LIVE ALONG THE EDGES OF
PERMANENT BODIES OF WATER, SUCH AS LAKES, SWAMPS
- FEED MAINLY ON FISHES, SMALL MAMMALS, AND BIRDS BUT MAY
SOMETIMES TAKE PREY AS LARGE AS DEER OR CATTLE.

The Eagle

- LARGE, HEAVY-BEAKED, BIG-FOOTED BIRDS


- EAGLES SUBSIST MAINLY ON LIVE PREY
- BECAUSE OF THEIR STRENGTH, EAGLES HAVE BEEN A SYMBOL OF
WAR AND IMPERIAL POWER SINCE BABYLONIAN TIMES
- EAGLES ARE MONOGAMOUS. THEY MATE FOR LIFE AND USE THE
SAME NEST EACH YEAR
- LONG WIDE WINGS, LONG ROUNDED TAILS, AND ORNAMENTED
HEADS
- THEIR LIKENESS IS FOUND ON GREEK AND ROMAN RUINS, COINS,
AND MEDALS.
