RECIPE OF STEAMED FISH

DIRECTIONS
1, Take your choice of fish and give gashes on both sides and, stuff lemon grass, ginger pieces in the fish, raw mango pieces put in the gashes. Steam the fish for 4 to 5 minutes. Make a sauce . 2. Take a bowl add lemon juice, sugar, Soya sauce, fish sauce, and chopped spring onion. After steaming fish add Julliene of yellow jukknee, cucumber, carrot, cover and cook it further till done After 3 minutes take the fish and put it on the plate. 3. Take the juices of steamed fish; pour it on the sauce, mix it and pour the sauce on the top of the fish. Steamed fish is ready.
