On behalf of the Summit team from the University of North Floridas Taylor Leadership Institute, we
thank you for your joining us for our fifth annual Student Leadership Summit. We host the Summit
annually at UNF and the event promotes high-impact leadership as students take advantage of an
opportunity to participate in a dialogue with individuals who have shaped and been shaped by life and its
various paths to leadership.
Your participation in our efforts to amplify this years theme of Outliers in the spirit of Malcolm
Gladwells challenge for this generation to embrace authenticity of Self helped contribute to our efforts
and we are grateful for your engagement. Each connection with outlier leader/speakers really helps
forward our initiatives here in the Taylor Leadership Institute. As we promote community involvement,
your presence throughout the Summit day was a testament of how essential the parts of a whole are.
Attendees excitement was electric because of people, organizations and businesses like yours that were
willing to donate time and gifts to support our growing, innovative leadership program. Attached are

Your engagement deserves a round of applause, as it exemplifies how the support of a community means
a better community. We look forward to more dynamic relationships with you and the wider community
