1. By looking at various interpretation of "poets in the kitchen", I get to know that the daily family chats gave Marshall the first lesson of narrative language, and it shaped her way of speaking and reading. 2.I think the medium have a great impact on literacy. I feel so limited that we only have 2 highlighter!!! and we need to drawing and organizing the structure at the same time!!! I know that the medium provides us with a platform which we can exchange our ideas and thoughts but it also has big limitation because everything needs regulations to make it work out, and the limitations we have now are only 2 markers and 1 paper. 3.I learned that drawing is so difficult! haha!! I get to know that we can only do our best based on what we have access to. Like we just have 2 markers so it is impossible to make the drawing much more beautiful, And Marshall is observing and absorbing what she had accessed to, which are her mother and her mother's friends. So literacy is really different through people due to different identifications and environments.
