    Level 3 Compose using simple ideas. Level 4 Develop ideas within musical structure.

    Level 5 Identify and explore musical ideas such as motifs and how music reflects time and place. Analyse and compare musical features. Refine and improve work.

    Level 6 Develop and refine a range of ideas. Select and make expressive use of the elements of music. Different intended effects are achieved.
