(a) Please note that lorry transportation charges which quoted are based on the present prevailing rates and will
be charged on actual at the time of transportation. Octroi charges if applicable will be charges extra as per
actual.
(b) The carrier of their agent shall be exempted from any loss or damage through accident. Pilferage, fire, rain,
collision, any other road or river hazard, we therefore recommend that goods be insured covering all risks.
(c) We would request you to please pay us 25% of all the charges in advance along with your order confirmation
and the balance amount on completion of loading. For insurance, the full amount of the premium value to be
paid at before departure of the consignment.
(d) PLEASE NOTE THET THE ABOVE QUOTATION HAS BEEN prepared keeping in view our basic standards
of packing with the best material as three type of packing will fit to our description.
(e) We would be grateful if you could please give us one week's advance notice as to when we may commence
the above job.
