**As per GOI order no 10(01)/D (Pen/Pol)/2009/Vol II dt 19/Jan/2010 and PCDA(Pensions),Allahabad Circular No 429 concept of broadbanding of percentage of disability shall be extended to Officers and PBORs who were invalided out prior to 01/01/1996 and are in receipt of disability element as on 01/07/2009.
