1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class? I have learned on how to overcome my laziness when I do not want to e ercise. It is im!ortant in order to be fit" to be constant and !ersistent in what you want to obtain. #ven more when you have the su!!ort of an instructor !ushing you" and letting you know that you can do what you want. I have learned to love myself even more and res!ect how I am. $ot letting me go down in any ty!e of situation" and always fighting for what I want to get at the end of anything I might do or not. %. &ow would you a!!ly this information to your life?
