In addition, with the rise of smartphones and tablets, there are now mobile recruiting apps available at your

fingertips. Plenty of them are free of charge and very easy to use. Two very useful smartphone apps that accelerate the hiring process are HireVue and Jobspeek. Hirevue allows job seekers to share video interviews with other members on the hiring team. This means you can have a Skype interview with a potential hire and share it throughout your office workplace to other individuals in your department. Also, you can even send a list interview questions to the applicant and the app will record their responses via webcam and send the results back to you. This saves you time having to clear out your schedule and prepare your workplace for an interview. Instead, you can have a preliminary interview, check the responses in your spare time, and set up in person interviews with only the most qualified applicants.

Comment [TA1]: These two descriptions on this page are the most complete in the paper. Good.

Jobspeek allows job hunters the ability to add a picture and audio hiring message and create job listings for available positions directly from your mobile device .The good thing about this app is that it syncs with both, job search engines and social media sites. This will allows for your job listings to reach a lot of people in a short amount of time as people can share your job posts with all the connections they have through their online social media site.

All in all, the migration to mobileity leads to efficient and effective job searching. With these technological implementations in job postings, your journey to finding the proper candidate is made easier. The time has come to stop relying on your gut instinct. Technology has taken over.

Comment [TA2]: Nicely put closing to reiterate chief point of article.

Dear Crystal, Your article offers a compelling lead, using second-person to invoke the HR reader. The topic here is timely and the guidance is presented compellingly, as timely guidance. We see clear categories of technological instruments that can now mediate the hiring process. Each is described and some specific elements of its use are highlighted. The screenshots offer visual interest and also descriptive information. Excellent. Ive marked moments of strength and moments that might be strengthened. As Ive marked, for example, the last description of Hirevue offers good specificity of description. The description of LinkedIns use within a screening strategy--again, an excellent topic to raise-isnt always clear. Both the LinkedIn site and the resume are self -reported business/networking documents. If they differ, which is to be believed? And how is a LinkedIn discrepancy to be compared with peculiar information found on a Facebook site? Perhaps the article assumes the audience is more familiar with LinkedIn than with the newer sites. But this choice isnt clear, and the specific description of each site doesnt quite seem equal in length and specific counsel on use. Nevertheless, the article presents an astutely chosen topic. This is your strongest writing of the term, which is good to see. I hope these comments are specific and encouraging to your writing.

Yours,

Tom Akbari
