Allah knows not only all the deeds but also all the thoughts of all people. So one should sincerely uncover all ones weaknesses, faults, wrong doings and defeats in ones faith to Allah and ask for His help and mercy. He knows what is in the heavens and on earth; He knows what you conceal and what you reveal: Allah knows well the secrets of all hearts.(Surat atTaghabun,64:4)
