As an administrator and aspiring lecturer, I believe strongly in animated -classroom interaction, presenting material in a style conducive to student participation and exploration. This philosophy, combining factual knowledge, creative teaching methodology, and a sincere love for teaching, has been the key in my success as assistant students in their course work and assignments at the Methodist University College Ghana.

I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Total Quality Management option, from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR Management option, and a Certificate in Communication Information Technology from the Methodist University College Ghana respectively. I am currently working to start my doctoral studies soon.
