Drive Please follow the steps below when entering assessment data save often.

1. K drive

2. Teacher common folder

3. CSP-SIP folder

4. SY 10-11 folder

5. Excel spreadsheet

6. Find the tab for your grade

7. Enter student data in the appropriate column.

8. Save your data

9. This is a shared workspace so more than one person is able to be in the workbook at a time. Reading scores entered as percentiles (5/10 = 50 entered in the column) Writing scores entered as total number earned for the rubric Math scores entered as percentiles (7/10 = 70 entered in the column)
