Thank you for purchasing your Greenieball. Your commitment to the environment is
commendable as it will keep chemicals out of the environment while saving you
money.

DID YOU KNOW?

• The World uses more than 25 Billion pounds of laundry detergent each year,
all of which goes down the drain and, in some form, into the environment?

• This detergent would fill more than 75 Wal-Mart Supercenters in

one year!

• The same volume of detergent would fill a football stadium to

height greater than a mile!

• The U.S. market for laundry detergents alone is greater than $5 billion
dollars!

• A typical U.S. household spends between $60 and $200 / year in laundry
detergent

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the clothing to be washed into the washing machine using, a minimum
of pre-treatment when needed

2. Place 1 (small load) or 2 (medium or large load) Greenieballs on top of the

dry clothing

3. Use half to one quarter of a full cap or scoop of detergent at most – lack of
sudsing no longer indicates that you need more detergent with modern
detergents!

4. Clean clothes is the best indicator that you’re using enough detergent

5. REMOVE the Greenieballs from your damp laundry before you dry it on the
line or place it in the dryer

6. Let the Greenieballs dry on their own, preferably in the sun

NOTE: We recommend not using Greenieballs when washing delicate items in the
washing machine

RECOMMENDATIONS BY THE MAKERS AND USERS OF

GREENIEBALL
• This is not a toy and should not be used by or around children under three as
the small balls could be a choking hazard if they are forcibly removed from
the shell of the Greenieball

• We recommend replacing a Greenieball after 12 months of use to ensure

product performance

• The Greenieball increases the friction in the washing process but this only
works when there’s some free room in the washing machine for it to move –
don’t pack it tight with laundry!
