Incident Report

Patti, I could not find the actual Incident Reports in the G drive, so this will be temporary: Thursday/26th/2013 - Last night about 11:30 Darla went into the office medicine cabinet to find gauss and tape. We had none; she asked me if I knew of anymore available. I did not. She said Joel had cut himself. About 5 minutes later Faith asked me to make an incident report for them. Faith also said the cut Joel got from a broken cup was deep enough she could see muscles, and that he probably needed stitches. Joel had left shortly but Faith said he would probably try and stitch the cut himself. This is all I know. - Chris Wingate, auditor.
