Important Required key Attributes Presentable in customer facing role Basic networking knowledge (CCNA Certified candidates will be preferred) Basic OS Administration Skills (MCSE Certified candidates will be preferred) Good Communication Skill is important Willingness to travel 0-2 years of IT experience Understanding of security system is necessary Overall Role Purpose Responsible for implementation, consulting, customization and support of management toolsets and as part of this team the successful applicant would be expected to contribute to the overall application of best practice models for this arena. Key Responsibilities Areas Review and understand customer IT Solution requirements and provide solutions Follow best practices to lead implementations to successful sign-off

Conduct customer presentations, requirement gathering sessions, understands pain-points and product demos Conduct knowledge sharing sessions internally, complete required trainings & certifications on time
