Tamarind - very less Salt needed For the seasoning Oil -3 tbsp Mustard seeds -1 tsp Urad dal -3/4 tsp Curry leaves -few Method Grind together onion, tomato, red chillies, garlic, tamarind and salt to a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add urad dal, curry leaves and the ground paste. Cook on medium flame until the mixture oozes out oil.
