    Dear All

    I hope you have all had a nice summer and are well rested before the 2009/2010
    season commences.

    The first date for your diary is the EGM meeting which is to be held at Lisburn
    Racquets Club on Thursday 24th September 2009 at 7.30pm.

    The purpose of this meeting is for the Audited accounts to be approved for the year
    ending 30th June 2009 and for the Handbooks to be collected by Team Secretaries
    and distributed to Club Members.

    Please make a big effort to attend this meeting in order to receive this season’s
    handbook.

    If you are no longer the team or club secretary please ensure you inform the
    appropriate person of this meeting.
