    The ability to be careful and to consistently avoid mistakes

    Alertness
    The ability to understand instructions and meet changing conditions

    The ability to be aware of and understand another s feelings

    Flexibility
    The ability to adjust to meet new needs or changing situations

    Friendliness
    The ability to display a warm and outgoing attitude toward others
