Good morning, everyone. I’m Charles from 2E.

I’m going to present about friendliness.

Friendliness is a skill that enables one to be approachable and treat

everyone like a friend with natural warmth and respect.

Friendliness is also a behaviour that is kind, helpful and pleasant towards

others.

It is important to master this skill because we can help others to feel

comfortable communicating with us especially when we are trying to get to know
someone new.

In addition, friendliness helps us to maintain strong friendship with our buddies

who stay close with you in good times and provide support during bad times.

In order to master this skill, there are 3 ways that you must practice.

First, be patient and control your temper

Any friendly person won’t be aggressive or make offensive statements.

So, it is crucial to be patient and try to control yourself in hostile situations.

Second, learn to help others and support them.

If you don’t initiate and help someone, you can’t be friends with someone.

If you don’t like starting any conversation, it might be possible that you won’t
make good friends.

Therefore, try to speak up and help others instead of sitting idle.

Third, keep smiling.

Everyone who smiles a lot has chances of being a good friend rapidly.

It shows how chilled out you are and how you handle situations.

No matter what, try to keep a smile on your face.

The final way to master friendliness is manage your stress level.

Management of stress is crucial because sometimes when people are frustrated,

they get impatient.

So, try to manage anxiety and stress.

As a conclusion, friendliness is one of the qualities that humans can show to

others.

Remember, everyone needs a friend, be it for chilling, laughing, sharing secrets

or crying on each other’s shoulders.

That’s all from me.

Thank you.
