    Major Risks Delay in submission and approval of shop drawings and material shall delay the project activities at site and overall delay to the project. 2) Delay in finalization of remaining subcontractors such as Aluminium, Carpentry, roof steel structure, precast slab etc. will lead to possible risk in failure to ensure timely delivery. 3) Delay in securing Building permit, disconnecting existing electricity & cancelation of Asphalt road inside the site.(EOT claim might be expected from Contractor). 4) Renewal of Environment permit still not issued by PWA.

    The project comprises of Main facility building for Camel facilities and Service Centre Building as described Senior, Junior, two labor accommodation and ancillary buildings such as guard room, Q-tel room, food store, equipment store and genset room, service and utility areas including main substation, pump rooms, water tanks and external works in total plot area 87,237 Sqm. and total built up area 4,667.5 Sqm.

    Delay in submission and approval of shop drawings and material in line with approved programme of works. 2) Delay in site activities as per approved programme of works.

    1) In general Contractors performance to be improved. 2) AEB is monitoring the works closely, so as to ensure the deliverable are meeting with project requirements.
