Latest IFC, RFI, FDC checked? Indicate. Design Drawings stamped and attached? Ensure form release oil is applied to the forms before the installation of reinforcing steel. Ensure construction joints are approved. Ensure dimensions of forms conform to the plans. Survey check of formwork for lines, levels or plumb. (survey sign-off) Ensure screed grades have been checked.

Ensure spacing, cover, supports and tying of bars is carried out as specified. Ensure locations and lengths of splices are as designed. Ensure all steel is correctly placed in accordance with the placing drawings prior to the concrete pour commencing. Check condition of epoxy coated reinforcing steel for size and ensure any damaged bars are repaired or replaced. Ensure coated tie wire is used on epoxy coated steel.

Survey check of all lines and levels. ( survey sign-off) Hold a pre-pour meeting for deck pours. Check concrete transportation systems are in place.

Ensure vibration equipment is in good operating order. Ensure hot and cold weather protection requirements are in place, when required. (Fog misting required for deck.) Ensure concrete delivery tickets are checked for correct class of concrete and concrete discharged before 45 minutes from batching. Ensure workability of concrete and correct concrete slump in accordance with the quality documents. Ensure adequate placement and consolidation. Ensure all required concrete sampling and testing is carried out. Ensure tolerances of finished concrete are within specified guidelines. Ensure specified curing is in place.
