The graph illustrates the difference in the Ph level in the mouth after the intake of three different kinds of sugar: honey, fruit sugar and cane sugar. The cane sugar is the type of sugar which keeps the Ph levels low for the highest amount of time: almost thirty minutes. The fruit sugar, on the other hand, maintains the Ph level under the safe level of 5 minutes. The fruit sugar consumption reduced the Ph level to the level of Ph 4.5. Concerning the consumption of honey, it only grew the acid level in the mouth to the level of Ph 5. The bottom of the Ph level for the three kinds happened after about 5 minutes. In conclusion, honey is the least harmful type of sugar among the three and the most prejudicial sugar is the cane one.
