Sonic R. System

Hi Fellow Traders, My name is Sonic. I want you to read The 5 steps of Becoming the profitable trader 5 steps pdf! document before you do anything else in trading.

The Story I ha"e been trading for a near # years now Since $%%&! and been a blessing so far. 'ust li(e many of you. I started out hunting for the holy grail )a(a* indicators that gi"es buy+sell with % loss. Soon, I found out that my trading statement is going no where, with messy charts and too many indicators to confirm. That causes the late signal trigger, minimi-ing my wins and ma.imi-ing my losses. I start to realise that indicators the one based on the prices happened can calculated according to the formulae, casuing them lagging behing thr price. mo"emment. /fter reading many T/ systems, boo(s and 0I12 trading, I ha"e found out about there is no systems or indicators can really predict where the price will go. I became to understand the importance of Money Mangement, 3eneral trend, S 4 5.

The philosophy Trading is a probability business. You can win and you can lose too. It is your job to minimise your loss and maximize your win. You will follow set of rules that will help you on the winning sides most of the time.

The Rise of Sonic R Here is a simple, nice and profitable 65M swing system that I get inspired from 5aghee 7s boo(. / Blindly followed Mo"ing /"erages system can be "ery successful in trending mar(et, but I am around here long enough to witness the failure of it, when the mar(et goes into ranging periods. So, I fine tuned the system with understanding of Trend line,S & R, Wave analysis and Price action, and I am getting high success rate on my position+swing trading. I7d li(e to call it Sonic R. 8ow, it is not the magic bullet, nothing is. It is a simple 2M/ based yet effecti"e system. 9ou can earn 5% to #%%: pips on a trade.

3
The Reason /nd why am I sharing this, while I do not earn a penny from you for my time and effort; Because I belie"e Sharing is Caring.

The Setups/Rules of the system I ha"e put the <entry, e.it, S0 and T=< rules with all necessary indicators into <Sonic5 or Sonic51$ or Sonic51>< -ip file. Sonic51> is created with better and more comprehensi"e e.amples..
Sonic R. System Summary

Here is the Sonic R System Summary: The Sonic 5. System is a method of trading price mo"ements between areas of support and resistance. It trades on the M65 chart. It uses a price acti"ity ?/12 at an S45 area to "alidate a trade setup, and technical indicators called the @5/3A8 and the T528@. The @5/3A8 is used for pic(ing the trade entry. The T528@ is used to confirm the correct trade direction. Historic S45 is used for pic(ing the trade e.it. WAVE 0BHBH0 starting below @ragon for longs, HB0B0H starting abo"e @ragon for shorts, showing <bounce< or Cbrea(throughD at S45. Best if ?/12 leg E6 crosses thru the @ragon. DRAGON Must be angled up with =/ abo"e it for longs, and angled down with =/ below it for shorts. TREND This is a mar(et bias indicator and it is best if =/ is abo"e it for longs and below it for shorts. TIMING =refer not to open trade during asian session. 5ecommend 0ondon session for best momentum. Trade can be closed anytime. PAIRS =refer to trade the pair 2F5+FS@. 0owest spread. Fsually a wide range. Most important is it is most traded pair, which means better "olume and better momentum for the trade. Placement of EP ?ait for a ?/12 leg E> candle to brea( out of the @5/3A8, and place your entry order at least se"eral pips beyond it. It is better if there is no strong S45 area Gust beyond the entry. 5emember also, it is best if =/ is abo"e T528@ for longs, below T528@ for shorts. Placement of Re-entry It is best to let =/ clear the most recent high, or low, and if there is no strong S45 area Gust beyond this reBentry.

Placement Of TP Select a historic S45 le"el. Such le"els can include whole+half+Huarter numbers and the middle of consolidation areas. Placement of SL These are the rules for placement of the S0 see picture below that illustrates!I 6. The S0 must be beyond the H+0 for shorts+longs! of the recent large scale price swing. $. The S0 must not be more than 6%%B6$% pips from the 2= for 2F5+FS@!. Example Below are an e.ample of a Sonic 5. System short setup and trade, and of the rules for placement of the S0. The (ey elements of the Sonic 5. System are clearly labeled and illustrated. Conclusion To start with the Sonic 5. System, read all of =ost E6 and the lin(ed material. 5ead the first $5B5% of SonicdeeGay7s posts. 5ead at least the last month of all posts. =lease do not as( any Huestions for the first month of studying this system, because as you read, reflect, and read more, all of your Huestions will become answered thru your own efforts. The purpose of this thread is to be a <te.t boo(< on the Sonic 5. System, which learners can read thru and grow. So, the fewer posts that as(+answer the same elementary Huestions from newcomers, the better for all to ha"e fewer posts to read to progressJ The Sonic 5. System is elegantly simple. Belie"e me, any lingering Huestions you ha"e will be answered as you read the thread and diligently study the trades and other information already posted

Summary of Templates

9
Three starter templates are pro"ided for both blac( and white charts. Many configurations of the display of 0e"els, pi"ots and range lines are possible using the e.tensi"e line placement controls in the 2.ternal Inputs of the Sonic5 Kontrol =anel. 9ou are encouraged to e.periment with these inputs to become familiar with what they do, and what they allow you to do to customi-e your charts. The starter templates are shown below. The templates include both the 0ine @ragonBTrend indicator and the Solid @ragonBTrend indicator. The 0ine @ragonBTrend indicator is turned off. If you wish to use it rather than the Solid @ragonBTrend indicator, simply turn it on and turn the Solid @ragonBTrend indicator off. Conclusion These new indicators include more features, yet setup and use is simplified. The new Solid @ragon will gi"e your charts a cleaner loo(. The user notes for each indicator ha"e been meticulously written to instruct and to inform, and so to "oid any necessity to answer Huestions about the indicators. #c!no'le)gements I wish to e.press my sincere appreciation of Ka"eMan for his generous contribution to T-=i"ots coding and of Oent =ips#0ife! for his e.cellent Kloc( indicator. ?ere it not for the coding of these two gentlemen our Kontrol =anel would not be half what it is. Secret of Sonic R Entry

Before I explain what Sonic R is all about, let me explain to you, what make a profitable trade. Im going to give you example using !"# trade in $% &'. 'or a ong position, one must buy in at a low price so that he can sell it out for profit at a higher price. Some call it, Buy ow, Sell (igh )B S(*. &hink about it. (t soun)s easy or normal to )o 1LSH "ut in reality it ain2t. +hen everyone is selling, who on earth dare to buy in, -ou chart is showing a dive in of the price. I know some professional and institutional traders do that as they know something we)retail traders* do not. If a retail trader is buying in, he must be a kamika.e trader or simply do not know what he is doing . See "o.% in attached pic. But a smart trader does something smarter. (e look/wait for 0lil signs of possible trend reversal. (e may not be getting in at a so1called lowest price but the probability of making his trade a profitable one is high2 See "o.3 in attached pic. So what are the 0lil signs of possible trend reversal, &his is what 4ames %5 is all about and 4%5 is the most popular thread in ''.

15

6s it is in downtrend, the price go lower as usual but it starts to creep back up, and ends up closing higher/near its opens. In the chart it will be hammer or Pin bar with a long wick and it is one of lil sign of possible trend reversal. -ou can see an example on the $% &' chart below.

&his daily bar was formed in %7 4uly 3889. 6nd another thing, do you agree that % bar of $% &' means 95 bars in :%; &', ets take a look at %7 4uly bars in %;: &'. -ou can notice a very nice Sonic R ong set up at that day, and as the story goes, it was a extremely profitable trade.

So, by looking at the pictures above, do you know what the secret of Sonic R is now, In words, Sonic R is basically trading in (ammer and Bullish engulfing bars $% &'/(> &' by looking for an entry :%; &'. &hat make Sonic R set up the highly profiable ones. 19 Waves : Before we go to entry setups, let me tell you that the most important method that is used in this system is wave analysis. For you to understand it better, Im going to show you some examples. Its better that you study more about waves by yourself. There are some words in the examples, here are the meanings : L Low ! " "igh LL Lower Low ! "" "igher "igh L" Lower "igh ! "L "igher Low #ou $an see serials of "igher "igh %""& and "igher Low %"L& in a uptrend while Lower "igh%L"& and Lower Low%LL& in a downtrend. This strategy is based on wave analysis. +o its important that you have a good understanding of waves. First you should see a LOW in the pri$e , then pri$e should ma>e HIGHER LOWs %HL&.
