Introductory Lesson
General Information
1. Exam 50%

Assignments 20% Evaluation 30% 2. No entry into classes without uniform (once everyone has uniforms). 3. To gain good marks and do well, PARTICIPATION IS KEY. Being well dressed and well presented is also important in class and in general. 4. Dynamic working will be used over teacher slideshows, i.e. we will build our class slideshows and etc., together in class.

Activities
The similarity game find at least 3 people per box, to fill several boxes (9), with different criteria, e.g. Had a turtle as a pet. This activity worked to break the ice, and encourage class interaction. General Discussion notes below.

Notes
Communication = Relationship = Good work 70% of communication is non-verbal, e.g. hand gestures. It is important to have Rapport (Empathy) A close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups concerned understand each other's feelings or ideas and communicate well. Dictionary definition. Relationships are primarily built on Anchor points (points of connection / things in common), e.g. a love of art.
