AGENDA 1. The Minutes of the last meeting 2. Road Traffic Accident (RTA) - Mrs Bishnu Subba.

DISCUSSION The secretary of the Society presented the minute of the last meeting (20th Feb 2010) and endorsed. The meeting acknowledged the submission of a letter from Mrs Bishnu Limbu in which she has expressed her dissatisfaction over her ongoing Road Traffic Accident (RTA) case, where she has specifically pointed out that her initial statement of the incident given by her did not reflect in line with what was said during its preparation with the advisor, Mr Jayendra Angbuhang. She also has said that the statement is not signed by her. The meeting was unable to comment, or to reach any conclusion without giving the opportunity to Mr Jayendra Angbuhang who was not in attendance due to his commitments elsewhere, to comment on this issue. It was only prudent therefore, as it was decided then, for the TSUK to make a decision only after hearing from both sides. The meeting has, in this regard, set up a 4 Member Probe Commission/Fact Finding Team consisting of the following individuals: Mr Rajendra Khimding (Commission Chairman) Mr Hindu Moktan Mr Khdakahang Limbu Mr Bhim Bokhim The Commission will submit report, after consulting both Mr Jayendra Angbuhang and Mrs Bishnu Limbu by 30 June 2010. Mrs Sanu Siwas appeal letter regarding financial support for her medical treatment has been reviewed and accepted as a genuine medical case. The meeting has decided to release an email requesting all TSUK members for their generous help. The Treasurer of the Society, Mr Kuldeep Shrestha presented the financial report of TSUK. The meeting has decided to coordinate and conduct the Summer BBQ as per the Admin Instruction presented by the Gen Sec TSUK. The TSUKs next meeting will be held on Sunday 01 August 2010. Further information will be sent in due course.
