Method 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Clean, cut and wash the chicken. Mix all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl except egg. Add the chicken and toss well. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Add egg which has been stirred and not whisked, mix well. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the pakoras on medium heat till chicken is cooked and is crisp. Serve hot with mint chutney.

Ingredients: Chicken - 1 kg For the Marinade: Chick pea flour - 1/2 cup Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp Green chilli paste made of 3 chillies (can be ground alongwith ginger and garlic) Ajwain (carum seeds) - 1 tsp Coriander seeds - 2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp Egg - 1 Salt to taste Oil for deep frying
