February 19, 2014 Dear Parent/Guardian: Can you believe that your child is a senior? To commemorate this accomplishment, you will certainly want to take advantage of this opportunity buy your son or daughter a senior recognition ad in the 2014 edition of Shorelines, the FFHS yearbook. Its easy to create a senior recognition ad. Just submit a favorite photo or two and write a heartfelt personal message of love and support. Send these to us (along with your check, of course!), and well publish it. We can even keep it a secret, telling no one about the ad until the yearbook is distributed. While you are thinking about what your ad will look like, youll also want to think about the size of the ad space youll need. Select the size that will be just right for your personalized message. If you are not sure, look at the examples included. Keep in mind that recognition ads run from $31 to $352. Once again this year, you can order yearbooks and buy senior ads online (quarter-page, half-page and full-page). We would also like to offer you a chance to get yet another bargain. We still have available a limited number of copies of the 2011, 2012 and 2013 yearbooks. When you purchase a 2014 yearbook, we will sell you a discounted copy of any of these books, while they last. A 2013 book purchased with a 2014 book is $70, while 2012 and 2011 books are $60 each when purchased with a 2014 yearbook. Again only a limited number are available. Get your 2014 yearbook for $75 through March 31; they will go up to $80 on May 1. Name engraving is $5 extra. Yearbooks arrive in September 2014. Dont forget: A yearbook is a permanent memory book. While many teenagers own a digital camera and take hundreds of pictures a year, few of these pictures will ever make it into a photo album and even fewer of these pictures will be saved for the future. As a parent, you probably still have your yearbook and you know the value of this history book. We hope you will invest in a history book for your son or daughter as well. So, dont delay!
